How do I arrange a first meeting?
You can get in touch via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. The meeting is scheduled in person or online at a day and time that suits you.
What happens at the first meeting?
Your legal issue and the documents you have are assessed. You are informed about the legal aspects of the matter, the available options and any potential risks.
What should I bring?
Please bring your ID and all documents related to the matter (notifications, contracts, petitions, correspondence, photos, etc.). Documents whose relevance you are unsure of may also be helpful.
How are fees determined?
Fees are based on the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, adjusted to the nature and scope of the work, and agreed in a written engagement letter.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. Under the Turkish Attorneys Act, lawyers are bound to keep confidential the information entrusted to them. Your information is used only for your matter.
I live in another city or abroad. Can we still work together?
Yes. Meetings can be held online and documents shared electronically. Languages: Turkish, English.
